Breathe in for 4 Seconds
Hold for 7 Seconds
Exhale for 8 Seconds
Repeat at least 6 times
Box Breathing
This is simply breathing in for 5 seconds, holding for 5 seconds, breathing out for 5 seconds and holding again for 5. Repeat this technique 6 times or as often as desired.
