Woohoo! It's January. We made it through the crazy holidays and now it's time to get down to business on regaining our sanity, rest, health, budget, body, blah, blah, blah...haha. We all get these same thoughts right around now. A lucky few of us make some positive changes that actually stick but sadly most, get to February, March then June and think of crap! I'm still tired, my intentions are still intentions and my beach-bod is, well, you know...
