"Smaller, Smoother, Healthier" Detoxifying Body Wrap
Our special blend of aloe and herbs get brushed onto your body, followed by heated linens that wrap you in "Mummy Style" to open the pores for a more direct path to the lymphatic system. Loss of toxins results in inch-loss as well as healthful benefits. Skin is further exfoliated, soothed, and conditioned from the solution. This relaxing treatment can be done alone but is most often combined with one of our facial treatments or a half hour customized massage on the head and feet.
*Please exfoliate before your appointment for best results. We recommend picking up one of our exfoliating cloths and aloe shower gels ahead of time for best results. Do not apply any lotion to your body after your last shower before your appointment.
*You may be wrapped in your birthday suit or underwear, but please bring an extra pair as whatever you wear will get wet.
Ionic Detoxifying Foot Bath
Using our state-of-the-art ionic foot bath system, based on positive and negative ions, you will be detoxifying your body through your feet, one of the most pore-dense areas of your body and actually able to see just how toxic you were immediately. This treatment includes our beeswax lotion application.

Dating back to Cleopatra, this tried and true treatment will pull out the buildup of wax in your ears naturally, without any discomfort to you. We use 100% organic wax candles. Many report relieved sinus pressure, improved hearing, less of a "clogged" feeling and fewer sinus issues.

Infared Sauna Blanket
Why an Infrared Sauna Blanket instead of a traditional cabin? We have been trying to figure out where in our center, we could place a cabin for years with no success and after Fredricka's extensive research, she decided to try the sauna blankets. The first two...not so good but then she foound two models that stood out and after falling in love with the lying down/lounging position for deeper relaxation with the blankets vs. sitting in a cabin twiddling your thumbs, she purchased them for home first to test and then for the center. You can enjoy this treatment alone and we recommend frequently but when you add this to another treatment it really enhances benefits all the way around. Ask about packages.

Reflexology

We have been at this for MANY YEARS. Fredricka, herself, has been practicing since 1984!
We welcome all ages for services but a parent MUST be present for those under 18.
We are a Perfume-Free zone. For the safety of our many clients and our team with sensitivities, please refrain from wearing perfumes. Any scents you may smell in our center are natural ingredients or therapeutic-grade essential oils.
The products we use are either Botanically-based, 100% Natural and/or Organic. Many of the products we use and carry, we actually custom blend, just for your specific needs
To help keep our menu pricing steady please pay with Cash or Check. Of course we do also accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. We do not accept credit card payment for tipping so you may want to have cash on hand to let your therapist know you enjoyed your treatment.
*NOTE-If you have an allergy to anything, please be sure to let us know WHEN BOOKING and we will do our best to accommodate. That includes the coconut oil and lavender which we use throughout our facility.
CANCELLATIONS:If you need to cancel an appointment we require at least 24 hours notice to avoid being charged for your missed appointment.
If for some reason you need to return a product, you may do so within 7 days for a full refund. Products must be unopened in their original state. After 7 days you may exchange your productfor another or treatment credit. No refunds or change is issued for gift certificates but they are transferable.
