Our memberships are automatically billed to your account on the first of every month, but you can cancel at at any time. We wish to offer this membership program to our loyal guests as a way to save on your regular patronage of our center, with no-risk. Simply provide a written, 30-day notice and your card will not be billed again!
Treatments DO Roll-Over
Your monthly treatment benefits are available at the first of each month, and are valid for 90-days. This way your treatments don't go to waste while you are on vacation, or if you are busy. You are also allowed to roll your benefit within it's expiration period so you can enjoy more than one treatment per month (limit three member treatments per calendar month).
Treatment Benefits CAN Be Shared
Members are welcome to share, transfer, or "gift," a membership treatment with up-to two family members(living at the same address) at any time. Gifting membership benefits to friends is limited to twice a year
Additional retail and service discounts are available to only the the active member.

Benefits Do Not Include Gratuity
Membership dues cover the cost of monthly treatments only. Your optional tips are still MUCH appreciated by our skilled practitioners. Gratuity rates for this industry are traditionally 18-25% of the Pre-discounted treatment price.
Membership Terms Are Subject to Change
Massage Wellness and Beyond reserves the right to amend the terms of our membership agreement at any time. We also reserve the right to cancel any membership for any reason and will provide written notice if such changes are made within 30-days.

Appointment Cancellations
Appointments made must be canceled 24 hours in advance or the appointment is considered a used treatment and will be redeemed from your membership.
Refunds
Memberships and activation fees are non-refundable.
